This was my first ever wedding I had shot on my own! Historic moment huh? I think I did a pretty good job, and they loved the photos!
Steve and Kate have been friends with us for a while, especially Steve, who went on all the adventures with my dad as possible! So it was basically obvious that they would choose his (My dads) Skuxx of a son, to shoot the wedding! (Little did he know, that this Skuxx, moi, was also good with a camera! JOKES! He likes my photos too... =P)
Anyway! It was a great day! Held at Flock Hill, in the south island (Another bonus), while everyone was gathering to start the ceremony, I was strutting around taking some 'spur of the moment' shots!

From here, everyone had to walk up the hill to the 'ceremonial area'... It was quite a walk for me... Because I would wait for everyone to walk past, then I'd sprint ahead of them... Up hill... Overtaking about 100 people during my sprint... With a camera bag that was heavier than my bag of clothes I packed for our week down for the wedding...

Let me say this: THE 'ceremonial area' WAS AMAZING! I could have asked for better lighting (Hardcore shadows in the facial area due to the sun being beside us was a bit of a downer...)... However! The backdrop was super sick!

Other stuff commenced...
Eventually the ceremony ended, and I was left with just Steve and Kate, for some 'pose type shots'! And after that it was the reception!
I think I got to bed at about eleven o'clock that night... Sore feet, and a sore eye because I closed it so much when looking through the viewfinder... =P
